I bought a new Tacoma TRD sport today. Isai Nieto was our salesman and did a fantastic job. I’ve bought 4 vehicles from Toyota of Rockwall after the last vehicle I will never purchase another. The service after the sale is horrible. I’ve had several sales people call me asking about trading in m last vehicle I will never purchase another. The service after the sale is horrible. I’ve had several sales people call me asking about trading in my vehicle and I explain the problems w my last purchase the all apologize and say they will take care of the issue and never return the call. The finance manager Joey was supposed to take care of an issue with my extended warranty and never returned my call. Now I’ve left two messages with him for another issue with rebate on my extended warranty and he has not returned my call. I’ve left two voice mails w the general manager to voice my concerns and he has not returned my calls. Little things like this has cost this dealership a loyal customer. Love my new 2021 Tumdra and bought it from a different dealership. All this over minor service after the sale issues. More
