They greeted me at my car as soon as I pulled into the service area. They promptly started on my car on time after offering me coffee and fresh baked cookies. Brad made sure I knew where the refreshment/waiting area was located as well as the ladies' room. They finished my car in the time they estimated and asked if I had any questions. I had had a glitch with my door locks (user error haha) but they showed me how to set it to my preferences. All in all, a pleasant experience. I would definitely (and do) recommend Rockwall Toyota for service or for purchasing a new car. More

Somewhat surprisingly, the cost of a synthetic oil change is less at the dealership than it is at other local oil change shops even offering a discount coupon. More

Quick and efficient 10,000 mile check Kassie Nix was very quick to assess and take my car in for it's 10,000 mile check for oil change and tire rotation. It was raining when my car was brought around for departure and the service employees were courtious and concerned with my care due to water all over the garage floor. Because I began the process from outside the USA, most actions were accomplished via internet and telephone calls between Brian and myself. He handled everything - all the detail, (moving the car to Rockwall from another site, dealer prep, etc.) extraordinarily well and made the whole process quick and painless. I merely showed up to sign all the necessary paperwork and pay the cashier. Then he showed me, in detail, all the complicated workings of the new safety features on the car and insured that I understood how everything worked. More
