10 all the way!!! The Service Adviser was exceptional! Mick and the girl who helped with rental was also very fast and efficient ! They need a raise or bonus!! They had me in and out no problem. I had to check on the status of my vehicle and was not informed. When I went to the service advisor, he said, "Didn't you receive the text message?" I said, "No." As I was standing there, the text message informed. When I went to the service advisor, he said, "Didn't you receive the text message?" I said, "No." As I was standing there, the text message appeared. He told me my vehicle was in the car wash and it would be another 10 minutes. It was actually another 30 minutes. I was only in for the 15,000 mile service, which is checking the mats, tire rotation, check fluid levels, brake pads. It should not have taken well over 2 hours to do this. I specifically told the lady on the phone that I did not want to wait long. She said the 2:00 appointment would be good. Also, they told me my car was out of alignment. At 15,000 miles, a 2021 4 Runner really? I never really drive on bad roads and am retired doing limited driving. When I let go of the steering wheel on my car, it goes straight ahead. There does not seem to be an alignment problem. I've never had a new car in the past 30 years that needed an alignment at 15,000 miles. I will find another Toyota Dealership to have my Toyota serviced. I am just glad I didn't buy my Toyota here. More
