No one and I mean no one likes to go spend the day at a dealership to purchase a vehicle. I’m happy to say that my experience at Toyota of Rockwall was far different. It all started with a RockStar sale dealership to purchase a vehicle. I’m happy to say that my experience at Toyota of Rockwall was far different. It all started with a RockStar salesman named Karissa Gutierrez. I called the dealership the day before 2 hours before closing regarding a vehicle I was looking for that they had just received. She sent me pictures of that vehicle within 10 minutes after we hung up. I met Karissa the next morning at the dealership and she was very professional, courteous and down to earth. My experience of purchasing my Tundra TRD Pro was quick, efficient and nothing short of spectacular, to be honest. Thank you Karissa and I wish you great success going forward!
