Really bad!I came in for a 15k service and noted a small Really bad! I came in for a 15k service and noted a small crack on the Toyota emblem. The service adviser immediately said that it was not covered by Really bad! I came in for a 15k service and noted a small crack on the Toyota emblem. The service adviser immediately said that it was not covered by the bumper to bumper warranty without even looking at it. Apparently, he had two managers look at it and determined to give me a quote fo 1300 dollars 15 minutes later. The 15k service was performed in less than 30 minutes and they refused to wash the car because of the crack claiming it would ruin the sensors. The crack has been there probably since day one with no signs of issues to the sensing unit. The emblem has no signs of rocks or anything hitting it to cause the break. More
