I went in to get a new truck my mother requested requested we talk to Cory I was really set on getting my in a certain price rang Toyota of rockwall. Cory was busy but another salesman was showing us around and we found a truck that was about 4000 out of my price range. When Cory got there I told him that was the only one I liked but it was just a little bit too high for me. He went back and”crunches numbers” knowing we had been repeat customers. Comes back and took about $500 off the price. I felt really pressured to buy that truck. But I ended up agreeing in the end getting pushed through fast. Right before I went into financing I found it advertised online for About $2000 less . I made them reduce it to the advertised price at least but it still left a bad taste in my mouth and I probably won’t be buying another vehicle. More

I had issues with my original Brand new purchase. Within a little over a week, I did get a new vehicle, but I was not happy with the experience. In addition, I had to continue to reach out to Toyot Within a little over a week, I did get a new vehicle, but I was not happy with the experience. In addition, I had to continue to reach out to Toyota ( not Toyota being proactive and reaching out to me) in order to get my billing established correctly and to have someone send my new license plates. Not at good experience at all considering that this was my 5th Toyota that I purchased and third at this dealership. More
