I fully trusted I would receive good service upon dropping off our vehicle. After spending $1300 for repairs I was fully expecting to have a vehicle in working order but after receiving vehicle back dropping off our vehicle. After spending $1300 for repairs I was fully expecting to have a vehicle in working order but after receiving vehicle back a problem with the a/c brought us back. This was not a problem upon dropping off. It made sense it was a result of the electrical repairs being made to the vehicle. It appeared to be a short or electrical issue as the a/c light would flash and cause the engine to reve and rpms to move. After bringing it back we’re told the ac compressor needed replacing and would be another $2400!!! I have some serious concerns that what was repaired caused this to occur but were told it wasn’t related. Needless to say we lost our trust and will be going to someone else for a second opinion. I would caution anyone I know from doing business. Feel taken advantage of. Very sad! We dealt with Mick on our first visit and Cody Johnson on second visit. Mick was very helpful. Not sure who to blame for the poor diagnosis on the second visit Cody or your service mechanics. Requested to speak to the service manager and was able to speak to someone that represented themselves as manager to later find out the service manager was not in that today. Complete runaround when questioning the diagnosis and it’s relation to initial repair. More
Very Professionally operated. Very clean service bays and sales offices. The person I called for my appointment was almost immediately available. Since I was buying through Costco there was no priced haggling and they gave me about $100 less than Edmunds said my trade in was worth, which was close enough for us. I am unable to rate the sales person, whose name is Bethany, because she is not included on your list. She was very helpful and explained the option clearly for us. More
Phillip Moore went the "extra mile" so we did too! Leased our 2017 Highlander XLE with Toyota of Rockwall because they had the best price and value. We live about 2-1/2 hours away in East Texas and passed about a dozen other dealerships, but it was worth the drive. Our lease coming to an end, we decided to give the dealerships near us another chance. Gave them the details of what we wanted and the same criteria as before "I don't want to haggle so give me your absolute rock bottom price". Toyota of Tyler said they were selling fast enough that they didn't need to drop the price below MSRP. 3 other dealerships beat everyone else's by about $3000. Then Phillip Moore from Toyota of Rockwall got back to us and his price beat theirs by another $2000! (without knowing what the other prices were, btw!) The other dealerships offered to find a way to match what Phillip quoted, but I had already told them I didn't want to play the game of "let me see what I can do". Phillip was the only one that came through for us, so once again we drove from the piney woods of East Texas, past a bunch of other Toyota dealers, to get our new Toyota Highlander from Toyota of Rockwall. Phillip made sure the lease exchange process went smoothly, and helped us get set up with our new Highlander. James Adams helped on the financial end and very patiently explained the few things we were confused on. He made it very simple and easy. Overall a great experience! They are friendly, helpful and really seem to care about their customers. Highly recommend them!! When it comes time to turn this one in, we will definitely be taking the drive again! More

Michael listened to what I wanted and my safety concerns, the reason I was buying a new vehicle. He found a vehicle that met ALL but one item on my wishlist. Loved the 2019 RAV4 Limited.
