He was thorough in speaking with me to find out my needs and wants. He took me on two test drives and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I had not intended to purchase the car that evening, however, after working with Dontrell and his manager I decided to move forward. Even though I had arrived later in the evening they made me feel comfortable and not rushed. We were able to do the deal in less than 2 hours. I've NEVER purchased a vehicle with such ease and satisfaction. Scott Smith was awesome in getting the financing done and didn't try to pressure me at all. But I've got to hand it to Karissa, I will call her first from now on and if in anyway possible I will forever buy my future vehicles from her. From the first time I called she responded to emails and texts within minutes and at all hours of the day. I found a truck online, called the dealership and was lucky enough to talk to Karissa and she made everything as simple as possible. I live five hours away and flew into Dallas to drive the truck home. When I showed up Karissa had literally taken care of everything. I walked into the dealership and she was waiting on me, took me straight to the truck, answered every question I had without even having to think about it, she was extremely knowledgeable. Once we looked at the truck she already had everything worked out with the finance department and I was able to walk right in and sign the necessary paperwork. While I was doing that Karissa filled the truck up with gas and had it running for me so it would be warm when I got in it to drive it home. I bought a certified preowned truck and the next day she realized that I was supposed to have gotten a second key and she worked everything out to get the spare key to me, the day after the sale. I can not imagine a better buying experience. Toyota of Rockwall is a great dealership but its because of employees like Karissa. Thanks Karissa!! More

She quickly caught on to e We were looking for a 2020 Highlander and Karissa Gutierrez was the most helpful car sales person we have ever dealt with. She quickly caught on to exactly what we wanted and did her best to find it. After locating it at another location, there was a slight delay in the possessing dealer releasing it because they also had an active customer interested in the same car. Karissa was on the phone immediately keeping us updated. We have dealt with people in the past at other places that do not understand the importance of good customer communication. Because we were in constant contact with Karissa, we were prepared for that delay and, a couple of days later, were driving the Toyota that matched every item on our "must have" list. Scott Smith was also great with the financing end of our purchase. We love our car and, even though Toyota of Rockwall is a little over 100 miles from our home, we would gladly drive there again to do business with Karissa and Scott! More

I will say I had some hesitation after reading "older" reviews, due to lack of customer service, poor attitude, followup, you name it. I chose to give them a chance anyway, and I'm grateful that I did. I initially contacted Darryl Conley and he was very quick to respond (after hours), and provide contact information for the Product Specialist to speak with. He followed up to ensure that I had what I needed, to include meeting/greeting me at the dealership upon arrival. I had the pleasure of working with Nathan Robinson (Product Specialist). When I say someone has great people skills, I don't say that lightly. Nathan is very good at communicating with the customer, as well as listening to your needs. This is a lost art in Customer Service that needs to be recognized. If you want to actually have an enjoyable experience while purchasing your next vehicle, then Nathan is who you should work with, hands down, no reason to look elsewhere! The Management has done an OUTSTANDING job of turning the culture and atmosphere around at this dealership! I can only say, keep it up, you have actually created a destination dealership, which is great to say the least, in building relationships with not only new customers, but the true sign of success, returning customers.
