What did Toyota of Rockwall do with this information? -Delivered When I say delivered, I mean they were patient, kind, informative and EXTREMELY helpful. Before going to the dealership I emailed them about the kind of car I was looking for and my max price range. They showed me what was in stock, the price of the vehicles and offered to setup an appointment for the visit that catered to my schedule (since I work 12 hour night shifts). For years I’ve always heard, “Oh those car salesmen will do anything to sell a car! Don’t trust them!” Yeeeeah, maybe a Ford Dealership would do that, but Toyota of Rockwall really made me feel welcome and let me take my time with any decision I had to make. All the while explaining the process and steps where my inquisitive nature was intrigued. If you want a great deal on a car, top notch service and people you feel you could trust enough to invite to thanksgiving dinner... then look no further. Friendly honest service My only complaint is that I wish the service was faster when I make an appointment. But, they said a couple of hours and my car was done in about 90 m My only complaint is that I wish the service was faster when I make an appointment. Just wish I could get my oil changed and tires/fluids checking in an hour or less is all. :) More

I was reviewing my paperwork this morning and noticed another sales agent's name on my worksheet, and immediately called the dealership as I detested that agent and didn't wish him to obtain any kind of credit for any business that I conducted. This is my second purchase from Toyota of Rockwall, and I love the dealership. I've had my car serviced in the dealership and haven't found the culture to be exceptional.
