Toyota of Rockwall plethora of people turn on by Services My task of finding a great dealership began with doing some home work. I had to build a list of who are the best within a 120 mile from my home. I c My task of finding a great dealership began with doing some home work. I had to build a list of who are the best within a 120 mile from my home. I created a list of ten dealerships. My focus was who would be a good family fit. I looked for information via word of mouth, news paper ads, the way people respond to our phone calls, and if they wanted to do business with you. My final out come came down to Toyota of Rockwall. Now I had to test my findings. Sue Elliott met us at the call desk and found a place to meet, and she seem very interested in meeting our needs. Sue contacted Corey Thomas to meet with us and he was like family and also want to meet our needs. Joey Desrosiers was very helpful and remind me of a helpful teacher who asked the right questions and answer all our question. Justin Hogue welcome us to the service shop.Sue closed with helping us know what we purchased and how it works. I was impressed with all the people we worked with but I was also impressed with the people waiting on the great service we received. More

Sue was knowledgeable and easy to talk to; a great listener, she tuned in to my wants and needs. I was blown away when Corey introduced himself, welcomed me and assured me of a great car-buying experience. In my previous car-buying experiences, I never met the sales manager; he was just someone the salesperson kept going to as we played "Deal or No Deal." Here, once I decided on a vehicle, final pricing and financing were quick, easy and thoughtful. It felt like they couldn't wait for me to become part of their family. The car was expertly prepared, and Sue went through all the features and helped me set up my phone and connections. WOW that was a huge bonus! Sue introduced us to the service manage who welcomed us to their family. Everyone I spoke with was warm and welcoming. I left feeling like I had found a new family; a place where, whatever my needs or concerns, I would be heard and helped. This is my first Toyota and I'm proud to be part of the Toyota of Rockwall family. More

Valve gasket on 2000 Camry needed repair. I called this service center, and they quoted a price of $157.30 to repair the valve gasket, and I would get a $25.00 credit for having the Toyota par I called this service center, and they quoted a price of $157.30 to repair the valve gasket, and I would get a $25.00 credit for having the Toyota part. When I got there, they said it would take about 1 1/2 hours to fix it. I also asked about replacing the spark plugs. Over the phone, he quoted me a ridiculous price of $389.95, so I decided not to do that. When I got to the service department, I asked about the high price of the spark plug replacement. They told me that the original price quoted over the phone was too low, and they were going to charge me $336.80,which included the spark plus replacement. During the repairs, the mechanic damaged a spark plug wire. Instead of paying for their mistake, they wanted to charge me another $185.99 to repair it. I told them I was taking my car to a reputable repair shop! Even though they told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours, my car was there for 5 hours! I am VERY disappointed in this service department. More
