Surprisingly disappointed at Parks Department. Had a body trim piece that needed replacing. Part supposed to be ordered on May 9. Two weeks later find out part was never ordered and was going to re Had a body trim piece that needed replacing. Part supposed to be ordered on May 9. Two weeks later find out part was never ordered and was going to re-order. Find out later part still not ordered. Was finally able to get a part in stock and installation went smoothly. Disappointed that there was so much miscommunication within the parts department. Very unusual for Toyota of Rockwall which has always given us stellar service. More

Great experience Had a screw go through my tire. Had to go to Discount Tire because it was the closest place. They said the screw damaged it. My husband spoke with Had a screw go through my tire.
