Frustrating I ALWAYS make an appointment before I go, however, they never seem to know I’m coming or what I need. But it’s fine.....they get me quick BUT I’ve nev I ALWAYS make an appointment before I go, however, they never seem to know I’m coming or what I need. But it’s fine.....they get me quick BUT I’ve never waited less than an hour.....ever. I’ve gone at 7am, lunch 4pm it doesn’t matter.....always a long wait. This go round, I made an appointment at 7:15 for an oil change, I arrived, they didn’t seem to know anything about me(usual). At 8:30 she cane out to tell me I was in desperate need of new tires. I asked how long it would take, and I was told “about an hour.” I gave the go ahead. At 10am I was told there had been a little delay because there was only 1 lift to do the balancing so it would be 15 more minutes. Ok fine. Then at 10:30 she comes to tell me they only have 3 tires!!!!!! Are you serious? What have we been doing the last 2 hours? I had to be at work in an hour and still needed to drop my daughter off. They graciously offered me a rental for the day. I appreciate that but the ladies behind that desk were less than friendly! Seemed like really bad communication overall and disregard for the customer. The lady I was working with was very nice and I’m sure it wasn’t her fault it’s just very frustrating. They know you are just stuck!!! More

I recently returned to trade in my car because I wanted a vehicle with the new technology. Brian Dial communicated with me as he saw me searching the website for vehicles. When I went to the dealership, Brian was returning from product training and Adamary Valles assisted me in finding the perfect car for me. She was very knowledgeable and patient. As he had returned, Brian helped me set up and understand the new technology and was very pleasant. I am very happy with my 2019 RAV4 and would highly recommend this dealership. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever My husband and I have bought many new cars during our lifetime. Most of those experiences were unpleasant. While we always loved our new vehicle, th My husband and I have bought many new cars during our lifetime. Most of those experiences were unpleasant. While we always loved our new vehicle, the actual process to get there was unpleasant at best. From the moment we Got out of our vehicle on our first trip to this dealership, we could tell things were different here. Our salesman, Paul Green, was super nice and helped us with any questions or concerns we had, but he was not hovering over us every second and was definitely not pressuring us. He drove us around in several cars and was very professional, when we left that evening and we’re driving home, the conversation was that wow that was a nice experience. We went home and discussed the cars we saw and decided on the one we wanted to purchase. We looked around, shopped prices and decided that Toyota of Rockwall was going to have our business. While it is an hour and a half drive for us, we felt the benefits out-weighed the inconvenience of the drive. When we came back to make our purchase, Paul was not there but someone on his team helped us, Jonatan Mendoza. He assured us he would split this with Paul. The negotiating process was very smooth, they did not play games with us, our needs and concerns were taken seriously. Start to finish, this dealership was amazing. We left there feeling we got a great deal and had been treated with respect. We would highly recommend Toyota of Rockwall for your car buying needs.
