My expirience is so BAD, Just want think that I will say So BAD EXPIRIENCING last Friday afternoon 20 of July, in your Dealership Toyota of Rockwall because when I came back i Just want think that I will say So BAD EXPIRIENCING last Friday afternoon 20 of July, in your Dealership Toyota of Rockwall because when I came back in to fix a little bit pump up bumper in a passenger rear side, just my agreement to the sale man Nathan Robinson tell me don't worry the dealership was fix that, But when pulling in to the service department, we advise to me to bring back to Sales office, then after more so long No body help me or assist me, because a passing me like a Pingpong Ball, and i don't know whats going on, and finally i went to Receptionist Desk and she Call the Sale Manager Mr. Darryl Lonley, But just only useless supposed to be he solve the problem but is Not, My expectation it should be he respect to me as costumer, but he treat me as a criminal and he told me leave in this store immediately if you don't leave this area, he call the Police and don't talk any body here, Once again what kind of People or employee of Mr. Darryl Lonley if Unprofessional to dealing with especially to the Costumer, Just why Feel so BAD EXPIRIENCE, in your Store Toyota of Rockwall Texas, USA More

The paperwork process was the fastest and leanest I've ever seen. We were in and out in no time! Both gentlemen were kind and respectful. I made a couple trips up to check it out and then for my son to make the decision, as it was going to be his truck. Service, atmosphere, all of it was impressive. Very Pleasant Experience We were given a very friendly atmosphere as we walked into the dealership. We had an appt. with a super sales associate (Carl Miller, Internet Sales Manager, and did not wait at all until he was greeting us. Alan, the sales manager, also greeted and welcomed us. Everyone in the dealership wanted to make us welcome. My wife and I had been shopping online and had picked out two that we wanted to see. Mr. Miller had the cars brought up immediately and told us features on both and answered all questions we had. We made our decision and the car we chose was taken back to make ready. What a nice experience the morning turned out to be. We chose Toyota because our previous automobile was a Toyota. We would use Toyota again and again. The pay department came out and very politely introduced himself and paying for the car was fast and thoroughly explained to Tom and myself, Lynn. We couldn't ask for any place to be nicer. More
