Liars and crooks We were working with Kevin. We got pre-approved over the Internet and Russ called us to say we were good to go . They pulled my credit FOUR times. We We were working with Kevin. We got pre-approved over the Internet and Russ called us to say we were good to go . They pulled my credit FOUR times. We drove 120 miles round trip to go buy a truck. They said we could buy it when if we liked it. We test drove it and was ready to sign paperwork. Then we were told that another “manager” let someone else put a deposit down on the truck, while we were driving there, and that we couldn’t buy it now. They said there was miscommunication and it shouldn’t have happened. So unprofessional and crooked!! This was management. They tried to sell us other vehicles and kept us sitting there until the other deal went through. We had a newborn and an eight year old. It was a 5 hour trip for us in all. We left the house at 4 pm and didn’t get back until 9 pm.. This was disgraceful to pre approve us, basically promise us the vehicle and then another manager sells the truck out from under us. They wouldn’t say who did it. Just blamed a manager. No one knew about it until we were ready to sign. Must have been a buddy of his. They are scammers who just want to get you in the door to sell you something else. Don’t go there!! Don’t believe a WORD they say! More

Service and key Kassie was great to work with and knowledagble. My only issue was the cost of obtaining a new key for my car. I just purchased the RAV4 a few months ago and it only came with one key. Now that the key isn’t working properly it is costing 381 to obtain a new one. In my opinion, a purchase of a car should include two functioning keys. More

Service I had bought a car in October and took it in in early March for a 6 month service. I told Justin hogue the story. Asked for oil change, rotation, a I had bought a car in October and took it in in early March for a 6 month service. I told Justin hogue the story. Asked for oil change, rotation, and any other service required. Appointment was at 4 p.m. Dropped off car, went to Costco. 1/2 hour later, Justin called saying car was ready. I asked if the had changed the oil, said it was not needed since I had only put 1,800 miles on the car. To top it all off, they washed my car! Quick, friendly service right down to the cashier. More
