I place much regard for integrity, honest dealing and "no pressure" sales. Toyota of Rockwall's sales department has always lived up to those expectations. It has been my experience their service department renders these same qualities. Toyota would do well to use this dealership as the model for all their operations nationwide! More

Great car, great service at first. I was referred to this dealership by a friend. I found a great used car online, almost too good to be true. The salesman Daryl was very helpful to assure me the used car I was buying was good condition. When I decided to move forward with the purchase I was promised a full tank of gas for the car. It was empty when I picked it up. I was also told it would be detailed inside and out, which it wasn't. Several spots clearly hadn't been vacuumed. Worse of all, I was told I could get a new key fob for my car for free through the batteries store across the highway. My car only came with 1. When I called to get this done, the store informed me no such thing could be done because the dealership never set up their account with them. So I would be paying $300+ for a new key fob. I'm very disappointed with the things I was promised and didn't receive. Car runs great but service could be improved. More

Toyota Experience Overall experience was "OK". I was disappointed some things were not met after being given their word they would, specifically informing me at the beg Overall experience was "OK". At the end toward signing papers they rejected and said "as is". The final finance guy 'Brad' was extremely pushy because I didnt wanted to add a bunch of warranties and tried to convince me that without the warranty, I would have a much higher APR. (We know that is a lie.) Kenneth was kind and supported but seemed very inexperienced. More
