wasted trip Living 160 miles away made service appointment week prior. Show up on time and then told the technician would be unavailable for next two hours. Canceled that due to my daily schedule and used the time and trip to go ahead with oil change there. Thinking 30 minutes. Two hours later and no offer for courtesy vehicle left disappointed. More

Kinda funny Wouldn't take off dealer maintanence package despite the fact I would never use it since I did not live anywhere near the dealership. Disappointing My experience with Toyota of Rockwall has been awful. Upon buying my car, I signed up for extended warranties. After thinking about it, I decided to c My experience with Toyota of Rockwall has been awful. Upon buying my car, I signed up for extended warranties. After thinking about it, I decided to cancel them. I do not live in Rockwall, and only purchased my car because it is what I wanted and decided to drive out there. I called and spoke to the finance guy that I signed with, and asked if I could cancel my policies and was told I had to come in person and cancel my warranties, no emails. I drove back up there and signed the paperwork to cancel and was assured it would be done in the next few business days. Two months later and signing into my bank that the loan is with, I see it was not canceled as it was the original full loan amount. I had to call my bank and the company the warranties are with to confirm it wasn’t canceled. I then called the dealership/finance guy several times and left voicemails, nobody ever called me back. Finally, after requesting a manager and explaining the situation, I was told it was “important” and my call would be returned from the finance department/the finance guy I worked with the very next day. Nobody ever called. Had to call again and request a manager again and mentioned, again, my frustration on the situation. Finally, I was called back immediately by the finance guy whom I originally signed with and also canceled with face to face. He acted like I hadn’t left any messages with or for him and/or came and personally canceled with him. He had “no record of me canceling with him”. He finally sent one cancellation paper (I had 3 separate policies for 3 different prices, and I requested all 3 to be canceled, and shocker he could email them vs me “having to do it a person”). I have yet to hear back about the other 2 cancellations or if additional paperwork is needed, the only cancellation paper that was sent only listed 1 of the 3 prices? No response of course on if I needed to sign 2 more. Also, with purchasing my car from here there is a supposed “non negotiationable” warranty that I paid $900 for that includes service maintenance, oil change, tire rotation etc. Which I have now been told it is illegal for dealerships to force someone to do. Which considering my first maintenance experience, shows me that it is in no way even worth the forced price. Once again, I drove out to Rockwall, and had it serviced. Upon leaving and getting on the freeway, there is a LOUD noise coming from UNDER my car. I drive back up to the dealership, as they are closing and rushing to get out, and a man does “help” by zip tying a what is I now know is a piece of my car that is HANGING AND DRAGGING under my car. He tells me I could go to an Acura dealership to see if they could replace these screws. Really? NO THIS IS SOMETHING THAT WAS DONE/MISSED BY YOU PEOPLE. I now have to drive back out there for them to “look at” the screws that were never put back in and missed, and the peice itself may be ruined from dragging on the freeway. Waste of gas and toll tags. My experience with this dealership has been absolutely awful!! UPDATE: one MONTH after I was told my warranties would be canceled (after the run around mentioned above) I got no return emails or calls from the dealership/finance guy. I called the company the warranties are with myself and (surprise, surpise) they were NEVER canceled or submitted and I did have to sign 3 forms NOT 1, which is the only thing I was ever given a month ago!! Fortunately, they had the forms that he started but never sent to me. So after taking an hour of my own time, I worked with the company and she sent me all the forms and I signed and returned so SHE could go ahead and cancel them. The finance guy never intended to have them canceled or even send me all the forms! Ridiculous. What kind of business practice is that!? Horrible! Not ONE person from this dealership, including two managers I spoke to and told the situation to and, of course, the horrible finance guy, ever even bothered to follow up or make sure this was done. I did your job for you, you’re welcome. Thanks for NOTHING!!!! Stay far away from this dealership. More
It was a wonderful experience I worked with Brian Dial for my sales man. He was wonderful. I told him I was a numbers person.
