Once we came to agreement, I went in, did the paperwork and was done in about an hour. It was pleasant dealing with Karl throughout the entire process. He was respectful of my concerns, always courteous and couldn't be any more happier. Car buying in the past has always been notorious for high pressure sales from the first greet all the way to the FI Office. Toyota Rockwall is the opposite of that. Would buy from them again. More

The experience in the finance office was a bit less than what I would have liked. Also, the $980. added at the end for the Toyota of Rockwall "GREEN" service was also a disappointment. I understand it was for 'tinted' windows and nitrogren, free shuttle service and car washes!? Come on. Every dealer does that. I questioned didn't the new truck I purchased at $40,000. plus come with TINTED windows? I didn't get a completely clear answer from my finance person. Overall though I'm satisfied with the purchase and the service I get on the back end. That's why this is the 5th car I've bought at Toyota of Rockwall. More

First Time at Dealership I have no issue with the Service Department. They were informative and honest. Sue was new but she is going to do well. The one issue I did have was shortly after I dropped the car off I got a email from the dealership internet department inquiring about a trade in.
