The process of choosing my ideal Toyota, test-driving, and trading-in my current vehicle was smooth. My sales person JAMES was not only knowledgeable about the various Toyota models i was considering....b and trading-in my current vehicle was smooth. I have a 2005 Lexus and it’s been serviced in Dallas ever since until this month, I did not want to drive to Dallas just to have it serviced for an oil change again and whatever else you needed-Toyota of Roc since until this month, I did not want to drive to Dallas just to have it serviced for an oil change again and whatever else you needed-Toyota of Rockwall is an answer to my prayers after moving to Greenville TX in 23 -set me appointment for the next morning-my service advisor was Mick, he explained the process of service and amount and a free car wash-their staff was so friendly, very relaxing atmosphere -I miss my neighbors in Dallas, but I’m so thankful for the kindness and friendliness outside of Dallas-looking forward to my new neighbor Toyota of Rockwall, Texas - Hats off to Y’all !!! More
