I drove home from the dealership with an orange warning light on my dashboard. The dealership performed a multi point inspection rotated the tires change the oil change filters and what I assumed would be light on my dashboard. The dealership performed a multi point inspection rotated the tires change the oil change filters and what I assumed would be set the correct tire pressure in the tires when we arrived home I realized that the spare tire had 22 pounds of air in it. The other tires had changed from 30 up to 34 pounds this would’ve been a huge win for the dealership because the vehicle was already up on the rack and it would’ve taken just a couple of minutes to add the proper air to the spare tire. Now I’m going to spend 45 minutes to an hour on the ground at my home doing the work that the dealership should have done there’s no way it was missed multiple people saw the warning light when they moved the vehicle around and I’m sure a final inspection was performed. Somebody saw the light not one but many people. More

We have been going to this dealership for over a decade. We have bought two vehicles there. I cannot say how displeased I am at the cost analysis for a small fix for my daughter's truck. We were quoted 10-12 hours of work by a family member that is a certified mechanic. Your dealership quoted 20 hours. We also know your techs get paid about $50 an hour but you're charging almost five times that for labor. Plus, your parts cost is about double what it should be. We have been paying for over priced service for years, but that estimate just lost you all footie business from us. More

Gabriela was amazing to work with! ! I had been looking for a specific Toyota for a while and finally found THE ONE at Toyota of Rockwall. I lucked out when Gabriela was the one that re ! I had been looking for a specific Toyota for a while and finally found THE ONE at Toyota of Rockwall. I lucked out when Gabriela was the one that responded to my inquiry. She was able to get the ball rolling over the phone and with electronic documents. The vehicle was a couple of months from arriving and she was able order an additional accessory we wanted and had it installed. Since we had a 3 hour drive to Rockwall, she wanted to get everything squared away before we got there. She worked with Maria in finance to make sure we got everything completed. I think we were there less than an hour to finalize everything and get the Toyota App setup.
