Friendly service Always have friendly and polite service reps here, my only complaint is that my appointment was set at 1030, I arrived early and dropped it off at 10: Always have friendly and polite service reps here, my only complaint is that my appointment was set at 1030, I arrived early and dropped it off at 10:15. It was not seen my a tech until 11:15. This was my longest wait yet and took up most of my morning. What normally is a 45 minute tops turn around turned into almost over 2 hours. More

Almost a perfect experience Found the pre-owned car via AutoTrader and emailed the dealer to check availability. Received a reply a very short time afterwards by my sales person Found the pre-owned car via AutoTrader and emailed the dealer to check availability. Received a reply a very short time afterwards by my sales person, Sal. There weren't many pictures of the car on AutoTrader and Sal took the time to go out, take more pictures, and text them to my phone. Sal was great to work with, very friendly, and made the purchasing part easy. I would highly recommend Sal to anyone reading this review. Unfortunately, whoever detailed the car after I bought it put wet, stinky floor mats in the car and left it overnight. Once I got on the road and turned on the A/C the smell was so bad that I had to ride home with the windows down. I've removed the mats, covered the carpet in baking soda and hopefully the smell in the car will go away once the mats dry. Would have given an overall rating of 5 stars if not for the dumb move of putting wet stinky mats into a hot car so they can bake, mildew, and stink up an otherwise perfect pre-owned car. More
