Easy transaction and Russell was easy to work with! Keep up the good work! I would definitely buy again! Excellent service compared to Toyota of Irving I went to Toyota of Rockwall after having the worst experience at the Irving location and they took care of my maintenance and airbag light quickly an I went to Toyota of Rockwall after having the worst experience at the Irving location and they took care of my maintenance and airbag light quickly and put me in a rental similar to my car. In Irving I left my car there several times and was told they didn’t know how to fix the airbag light because the car is so new they don’t have a manual. They put me in a 2007 Hyundai Accent for 3 days and was told my car was ready but still wasn’t fixed. More

You Decide I was in the market for a used 4Runner. I found one at Toyota of Rockwall (ToR) and inquired via email about it. Brian Dial (internet sales) showed me I was in the market for a used 4Runner. I found one at Toyota of Rockwall (ToR) and inquired via email about it. Brian Dial (internet sales) showed me the vehicle. Vehicle was for sale “as is” – literally. The only thing that ToR had done was change the oil and all filters, clean it, and perform a “safety” inspection per Mr. Dial. Two tires needed to be replaced, and likely would not have passed a serious safety inspection due to wear, and I adjusted my offer accordingly as Mr. Dial stated that ToR would not replace them as part of the purchase arrangement. No vehicle inspection report was provided by ToR aside from the CarFax report showing that the vehicle had 198K miles and that “all” service had been done at Toyota dealerships. The short highway test drive did not reveal any issues with the power train. I purchased the 4Runner after performing a walk around inspection trusting the Toyota reputation and the CarFax service history. After purchase, a “shudder” was noticed in the power train that only appears during low speed city driving. 4Runner forum comments on the Internet point towards a new torque converter as the cure as this is a known issue with this vehicle. That's a $1000 repair bill. During tire replacement, I was informed that a strut and shock were leaking and that they all would need to be replaced. Add another $1,200 to the repair bill. To sum up….I knowingly bought an “as is” vehicle with issues that were not visible to me or detected by and DISCLOSED by ToR during the make ready, safety inspection, or test drive process. Shame on me for buying it. Mr. Dial called five days after I purchased the vehicle to see how I was enjoying it. I informed him that I had replaced two tires and that I had issues with the power train and suspension. He apologized and quickly terminated the call. I wrote this review. I’ll leave it to the reader to determine if ToR is a reputable place for sales or service, even in an “as is” vehicle sale. I’m sure ToR would be quick to point out these issues if the vehicle was in their service drive for routine maintenance as part of the “safety walk around”. After all, there's over two grand to be made in a single service sale! Personally, I'll purchase another Toyota as I know I can repair the 4Runner. But it won't be from ToR nor will it be serviced there. More

Customer Service Focused This is by far the best dealership I have been to in Dallas. I went to 4 before coming here and left with out making the purchase due to poor customer service. The minute I stepped into Toyota of Rockwall I was greeted with friendly salesmen/saleswoman and felt that they were genuinely friendly people. My sales girl Patrice was knowkedgeable about the car and made sure that all my questions were answered. When it came down to negotiation they were very pleasant to deal with and it actually looked like they were negotiating, unlike other dealers where they will come down $5 and expect you to come up $50. At one point we thought we had done all the negotiating possible with out reaching a deal and I was preparing to leave. When they came to bring me the keys for my trade in I was instead told they had reached my price. We shook hands and left with our new RAV4 I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Patrice to anyone looking for a Toyota. My experience was wonderful and I didnt leave feeling like I overpaid for the car. More
