To good to be true. After several nightmare experiences with car dealers I was so leery of buying a car from a dealer but used Toyota's are hard to find. I had my son in law research dealerships and he was dickering between two dealerships. It came down to coming in to the dealership, so I came prepared to let them know exactly what I wanted and expected. My concerns were handled gently and cautiously by Carl and Corey. I don't think they knew how scared I was. My husband and son in law left the rest to me. Carl was the salesman my son in law was speaking with, that is who I looked for. He was pleasant and personal. He was also knowledgeable of the dealership and the vehicles. As I said I was already pretty set on what I wanted. We looked and talked and drove but we could not come to an agreement on the price and what I was looking at. BUT ... When I explained how what I wanted was a Rav 4 Limited because my main thing was the heated leather seats not so much about the navigation system but to my knowledge SE and Limited were the only ones that had leather. (SE being orange hideous). Both Carl and Cory pointed out I could get leather put into an XLE. Game changer. They brought an XLE and parked it next to the Limited I was testing. They were identical accept the lack of leather inside the XLE and had backing cameras. They said they could add leather to the XLE and that was the deal breaker. XLE WITH LEATHER. YES!!! More
