She set up a meeting time that was convenient for me and had TWO choices zeroed in, printed out and waiting. She pointed out the option differences between the two and hunted down a color name/number mismatch. I locked in on the one I wanted and put ink to paper. In less than 24 hours I went from online shopping to diving away in the exact truck I wanted.
