Layla helped some but we had another salesman (Zainy) that worked with us for most of it. He was rude and not helpful, as he wouldn’t have the car washed again when we asked before picking it up, give us that worked with us for most of it. He was rude and not helpful, as he wouldn’t have the car washed again when we asked before picking it up, give us 2 screws to fix an area that was completely without them, or have the cluster looked at or wiped off since it was hazy. He told us “I’m not putting anymore money into that car. He then offered 5 free oil changes to help offset the price and helping to use it as a bargain offer, only for me to find out later that EVERY vehicle that leaves that lot already gets the same car washes, he swindled and lied to me, there was no bargain. When I spoke to the manager and other salesperson about it, nothing was done. Had these things taken place before I bought the car I would have taken my business elsewhere. More
