Would not plug my tire because of low tread. When I then asked if they had put air in the tire they replied with yes. When I got into my car the psi was still at the same level. It was fine. It was inconvenient that as the customer i was required to schedule the windshield repair myself. I also had a hard time getting a straight answer with my warranty coverage and services, when I did get someone on the line, the employee had an attitude about my coverage, and finally i asked to be transferred so I can get the 1800 number i can provide to other dealerships to help me with my warranty covered repairs.
