I purchased my Highlander new from another dealer in 2013 but have had all my maintenance done at this dealership. Their customer service is excellent, waiting room is comfortable and coupons make prices dec but have had all my maintenance done at this dealership. I dropped off my car on Saturday at 7:45 AM for what should have been a routine oil change and diagnosis. Not only was no diagnosis performed, but I was told upon picking up my car on Monday at 6:00 PM should have been a routine oil change and diagnosis. Not only was no diagnosis performed, but I was told upon picking up my car on Monday at 6:00 PM that I needed to drive an additional 1,000 miles before any diagnostic work could be done. Even more frustrating — you kept my car for two full business days just for an oil change. That is absolutely ridiculous. No one contacted me to provide updates, explain the delay, or offer the option to pick up my vehicle earlier. Because of this, I was forced to rely on Uber for three days, which was completely avoidable had proper communication and scheduling been in place. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect a clear explanation of why the delay occurred for such a basic service and what you intend to do to make this right. This was the worse service ever. More
