Always a great experience. Cesar is the best and a huge part of the reason I keep returning to Rockwall (even though it requires me to drive an hour and a half to get there). I didn't even know I had chips in my windshield, but they discovered them and repaired them to keep the chips from possibly requiring me to eventually replace my windshield. WOW! How extraordinary! Due the the needed brake service, it was over 2-1/2 hour wait, but the house staff checked on us, offered snacks and made sure we were comfortable. Again, WOW! How great is that! Thank you Cesar and Toyota of Rockwall! I'm glad I purchased my vehicle from you! More

My car was broken when I got it back and they danced around the topic when I asked them to explain how that could've happened. My service advisor is great. I cannot even give a rate of 1 to Russell Morgan who I was trying get information on purchasing a NEW car. He kept pressuring me to get a used car and he was totally NOT giving me the information I wanted. So, I went home and called around to other dealerships and found EXACTLY what I wanted at Irving Toyota and they were light years nicer and accommodating than Mr. Morgan (and I hope you tell him so!). You have not lost was business though. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there, unless I have an unpleasant experience. By the way, my service advisor is Kaycee and she is really nice and pleasant. Treat her well so she continues her employment at your dealership for a long, LONG time! More
I brought my car in for an oil change. I thought I could in without an appointment. I called serveral times to find out the wait time. I spoke to 3 different people. No one told my I needed an appointment for the oil change area of service department. I thought it was like the oil change spots that only change oil, first come first serviced. It would help to inform customers they need an appointment for an oil change. I would recommend the dealership but I would tell them about the problem with the speedy oil change service More
