I requested tree times Mr. Jose as new advisor and I got Keisey over again, even last times I got a different one because Jose wasn't there and she once again appeared in my pa Jose as new advisor and I got Keisey over again, even last times I got a different one because Jose wasn't there and she once again appeared in my paperwork. Jose explained very knowledgeable about the service and pieces and she never explained in detail, she doesn't have patience and never asked if I need different person in my own language to understand the process, mechanical terminology etc. I was avoiding give my review but after tree times requesting another advisor I think is enough. I made an appointment to have the rear brakes serviced on my Toyota Tacoma. The appointment was at 10:30 am on 5/23/23 and I arrived about 10 minutes early. The service manager said it would take about 2 my Toyota Tacoma. The appointment was at 10:30 am on 5/23/23 and I arrived about 10 minutes early. The service manager said it would take about 2 hours. I returned at 1:00 pm and was told the brake job was finished, but there was a safety recall on the seat belts and that would take an additional 2 hours to complete. I returned around 3:00pm and was then informed that the seat belt repair was complete, but there was a miscommunication and the brake job had not been completed earlier as I was told, and they were working on that and it would be completed soon. I waited at the dealership and my truck was finally returned after 6:00 pm. More
