Toyota of Rockwall - Service Center

Even though I thought my service advisor was promptly responding, and appeared to be responsive, that was not the case. Yes, I left my vehicle there, I asked for the vehicle to be given an oil change, an responding, and appeared to be responsive, that was not the case. Yes, I left my vehicle there, I asked for the vehicle to be given an oil change, and advised on any repairs or recommended services. Typically, if I get this performed, I will receive a text, video, or the service advisor recommending any additional services. Needless to say, I was told my vehicle was ready, had my sister drop me off to pick it up, and paid. When leaving, my hood was still up, I never received an oil change sticker for the next service or mileage recommendation. Days later, I received an email with recommendations for services on my vehicle. I notified my advisor and provided my address when leaving the same day that they forgot my hood was not shut, and I didn't have an oil change sticker on the windshield he told me to turn around and that he would give it to me. I requested he mail it to me - I have yet to receive it, and it's been weeks. Why would I get recommendations a week after service? Why don't I have a sticker on my windshield - I feel that their customer service and lack of attention fell short. It would be a good-faith gesture if they followed through and provided me with the courtesy of my oil change sticker - so I don't have to spend time or money driving back to Rockwall to get it! Some follow-through from the service manager should be performed as well. More

I arrived at the Dealership early and was promptly greeted by a service representative. Had a tire losing pressure - turned out to be a screw in the sidewall. They were booked solid for the next week, but we were travelling and had leased our last 2 vehicles from them. They were able to get us in as a "stand by" and estimated the wait would be about 1-1/2 hr. They had us in and out in about 30 minutes. They went above and beyond - won't say exactly how since I don't want to set expectations for anyone else, but they definitely took special care of us as repeat customers! Christian worked his magic and Sam was a rock star! Can't say enough good things about them, but they had us on our way quickly on a new tire in rainy conditions, with about a 3 hr drive ahead of us, so they were a big part of our successful journey that day!
