Mick walked through repairs, explaining what was a priority and what comes later in the life of the truck. Without his understanding and explanation, we wouldn't be likely to come back. By the way, do not send me texts with other repairs that are needed on the day of repair! More

I really do not want to tell you this, because ALL my previous experiences with TofR have been outstanding. I will still be your faithful customer. Anyway, here goes. I arrived at 8:30am Tuesday March 14 previous experiences with TofR have been outstanding. I will still be your faithful customer. Anyway, here goes. I arrived at 8:30am Tuesday March 14th. for my 8:45pm appointment for: 1. oil change 2. tyre rotation 3. a very slow leak in one tyre. I finally left after 11:00am!!! Seriously! I was told I did not need a 5,000 mile oil change because of the synthetic oil. I have no idea why the rotation and leak took all this time. I finally drove away at about 10:50am, switched on my Camry's tyre pressure indicator and the four tyre pressures varied from 33 to 42 psi. So I return to TofR immediately. I waited about 15 minutes for the psi to be set correctly and then departed. Thank you for not charging me for the tyre rotation. Thank you for the snack tray that came by. Thoughtful and kind touch.
