Absolutely the best dealer. We’ve experienced several dealerships in Northeast Pennsylvania, and none come close to the excellence at Toyota of Scranton. My husband is a mechanic for an international com dealerships in Northeast Pennsylvania, and none come close to the excellence at Toyota of Scranton. My husband is a mechanic for an international company, and he thinks so highly of this location that he recommends Toyota of Scranton to many people and prioritizes bringing our vehicle here. We have been coming here for over 3 years, and this is the only dealership that we plan to continue this kind of customer relationship. We have bought a used Toyota from this dealership, and the experience and continued car performance has been excellent. It is easy to set appointments by phone or online. David Grieco, the service manager, provides phenomenal service that is professional and friendly. The service representatives take the time to explain the technicians’ recommendations and use language that the average person can understand, but doesn’t talk down at you. Also, Toyota of Scranton makes substantial and regular investments into the local community, which increases my satisfaction with them as a company. I love that they have a local restaurant as the cafe option; Zuppas has delicious food, and it really fits with the people-first atmosphere that I associate with this dealership. I wish Toyota of Scranton all the continued success and plan to continue as a customer here and keep recommending them. More

I bought my car a month ago. It smelled of oil and when I looked under the hood the oil cap was not on. My blue tooth doesn’t work properly. The detailing of my car when I bought it was horrendous. I contacted the general manager who sent me to customer care. They called me to listen to my issues and said that they would set up an appointment to have my car detailed. THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO and no one has called me. I wanted to wait and see if my issues were resolved but it is past a month since I bought my car and I am still waiting. I am very upset. I haven’t been able to show anyone my new car because the detailing is horrible, blue tooth doesn’t work, and the engine smell continues. More
