Jacob and Matt both made every accommodation they could to get me into my perfect car. I was so pleased to even get the car I wanted but the deal got better and better as we got further through the process. I ended up getting much better financing and warranties than I expected, I simply wasn't experienced enough to negotiate all of the things that Jacob and Matt made sure I got. Using live chat I was able to make an appointment for the following day. While my vehicle was being serviced I received several calls with updates. I was also able to get a shuttle to pick me up from my home following day. While my vehicle was being serviced I received several calls with updates. I was also able to get a shuttle to pick me up from my home and bring me to the dealership to get my car. I have always had a positive experience with the service department at Toyota of Scranton.
