Hey. Yes there was no charge on the recent service but I was offered the adjustment on the rear brakes and changing the windshield wiper. Just for the windshield wipers, they told me the price was $50. Autozone has cheaper prices for windshield on that I was just thinking that maybe I would get a discount on my next visit if I do both my windshield wiper and rear adjustment since I also have a premium toyota care plan with you guys :) 100% loyal customer here :)

It is with great pleasure that I met with Mary Jo Preno today 12/22/2020. The car that I had originally wanted but didn't put any downpayment was sold later the first day that I looked at it . I'm enjoying my new car but still wish I had one with dark interior. Mark Thomas has called me and I will return his call. I want to thank Mary Jo for helping me to answer all the questions, explain the charges and confusion that I had . As of today I am very satisfied at the customer relations I have experienced. My dyslexia (if I have it) proved me wrong at the amount I pay each month on my Toyota. Thank you Mary Jo!
