I gave the work quality a 4 rating because after the work the brakes were squealing when I was driving down the road. I believe a metal sensor was maybe rubbing on the brakes? I did not call to complain or bring it back because of a family issue that occurred shortly after the day I was at the dealership. It was not affecting the brakes functioning. More

When I first walked into the dealership, I was greeted promptly and waited for my sales person whom I was to meet with. While sitting and waiting I observed a sales person seem to be disgruntled and thro promptly and waited for my sales person whom I was to meet with. While sitting and waiting I observed a sales person seem to be disgruntled and throw a key on his desk and walk away. I should have known my experience was going to be bad. I met with Jeff Felkowski and he was good to me. I knew the situation I was in and he was helpful. When he left I could hear Jeff speaking with another person and telling the other person of my situation. After this I heard he should "go home". I wasn't clearly sure if this was about me or not so I kept an open mind. When Jeff came back, written on his yellow pad, where he was taking all my information about my vehicles, was written in capital bold letters in blue ink was, "GO HOME". First it was unprofessional for the sales person to have this in visible view of a customer, but it was very demeaning and embarrassing to me. I will never use Toyota of Scranton again. More
