This dealership experience started off good when they were trying to “get the sell” when we were still at home. The salesmen were helpful and the kids area was wonderful. The vehicle wasn’t ready when we were trying to “get the sell” when we were still at home. The salesmen were helpful and the kids area was wonderful. The vehicle wasn’t ready when we arrived which was a pain. When we finally took the test drive it went well and the vehicle service department cleaned up everything really well. I was impressed. The finance department was rude and pushy. We bought the vehicle on Thursday and on friday the air conditioning quit.working. A head light was noticed out by one of my daughters the same day. After spending $600 the week after purchasing the vehicle needless to say i will not be recommending toyota of scranton to anyone i know. Thanks for the new used car and the bad experience. More
