I must say as a single mom raising two autistic/epilepsy girls I'm very extremely busy and always I'm running into situations that are time consuming or mix ups some crazy way to make life insane for me. Just like the sales department of dealership the service department is just as outstanding when it comes to understanding, listening, courtesy and genuine true customer service with a pleasing way of easing your stress and worry. It's a relaxing atmosphere that has all the conveniences of home. This is as I explain only cause I've had my girls with me had times while having to wait for my car etc. And they both being in the health they are were more then comfortable as well as occupied with things they would have been doing just as at home. The staff is very informal and keeps you up to date as well as my most favorite of all is that the staff is very kind and has blown my mind with how they can call and recognize me by first name basis! More

Could not pass up the 7 years 100,000 mile deal. All the people I worked with were good, helpful and the 7 year, 100,000 mile And 2 years of free service was a deal closer. The only thing I'm not happy about is the condition of the tires on the vehicle . The last CRV I bought from the local Honda dealer had the same issue. Not only is it a beautiful site, but it is impeccably clean, inside and out. To take that picture to the next step up, the entire staff which I interacted with were all very friendly. My salesman was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with all the details of the certified preowned vehicle I purchased. I was glad to learn it would be warranted for a full year, along with scheduled maintenance and Toyota road service and assistance as well! And I was also happy that the power train would be warranted for seven years (or 100,000 miles) from when I purchased the vehicle. All in all, it was a pleasure doing business with Toyota of Scranton. More
