Our experience was wonderful. We had purchased a used car from Toyota in the past and needed to go with something a little larger with our growing family. He was so helpful in explaining everything in detail and showed me all of the features on the vehicle. He took into great account that we were looking for something that would be bigger for our family and described all of the safety features that would be benificial for our little one.
