I feel I was ripped off and communicating through out was misunderstood and now I had to pay 330 for a new tire and 289 for service. Completely gouged! The most disappointing visit yet. They failed my state inspection for the windshield wipers. I told the Stephanie I already have the new wipers I will bring them down and they can finish the inspection. S inspection for the windshield wipers. She said this is not how this works you have to bring the car in again with a new appointment. Any other garage or dealer ship would not had a problem with that. But Toyota of Scranton had to blow it totally out of proportion. Not only that I had a 11am appointment we dropped the car off and figured 3 hours should give them enough time to get it done, well was I wrong apparently drop offs get pushed to the end of the day and Stephanie said my husband who dropped the cat off was ok with that. When I asked him he said she never even mention that.. More
I purchased my vehicle with existing damage. I have made several attempts to get it in for repairs, but when I showed up to my appointment, no o e knew I was coming. When I went to pick up my car, the metallic overspray was still all over the entire car. You people suck. Never again. More
