Highly professional and I lived the use of technology. I came in for an oil change and found out we needed an alignment. It was nice to have both done at once. Service personnel keep in touch ! When in for routine service, the department keeps in touch to alert you of other issues. So there is nver a surprise bill at the end of the process. Because of the Pandemic, I was not comfortable going into the building, so I used the pick up/ drop off service which was wonderful. I would not have had the service performed without this option. We have received emails on upcoming appointments which we did not make and are to soon for our vehicle which was purchased 9/19/19. We have needed to cancel them. Attention to when we should be bringing our Toyota in for its next service -12 month/10,000 miles would be appreciated. If we get two years of free oil changes and checkup service, we do not want to use those appointments up before 2 years. More
