Inspection was done on my truck. They stated the tires should be rotated to which I agreed. I picked up my truck and there was a noise that I’ve never heard before. I called the next day and they stated t should be rotated to which I agreed. I picked up my truck and there was a noise that I’ve never heard before. I called the next day and they stated to bring it back down. I brought it back and sat for over an hour for the staff to say there was no noise that it is the tires. The noise still continues. It is not the tires. The truck is a 2018 with 15k miles on it. I won’t be bringing any of my vehicles back to Toyota for maintenance. More

New frame! I am very pleased that Toyota stood by their reputation and replaced the frame in my truck. Frames should not rust out in 9 years, but mine did. They notified me by mail to have my frame inspected. I brought the truck to the dealership and they confirmed that the frame was in fact, in need of replacement. The frame was ordered and in a matter of a month it was replaced. I really appreciate them honoring their commitment to quality and to customer service. I now have a vehicle that I will be able to drive for several years. I am truly grateful for all their help! The next time my wife or I need a vehicle, Toyota of Scranton will be the first place we look. More

I was originally told my Rav 4 was covered under paint recall and it wasn't that's a huge mistake. I'm not mad things didn't go my way. I had to explain what was going on. You have lack of communication. Everyone is great when pushing for the sale and when you get it, you loose it alittle. I bought a few new vehicles from you and I don't know if I will again. I will say Joe Gatto was a professional the 2 times I delt with him. My mother came for a ride with me to pick up my truck and saw him in passing, they grew up together. My point is he wasn't to big to look me in the eye and make sure I was satisfied. Not just going through the motion. Looked at many white vehicles since and yes things show up on white, but my rav is worse than 95 percent I looked at.
