Damaged my vehicle I had my 5000 mile service done on my brand new 2019 Tacoma. Each wheel that was rotated was scratched by the removal and replacement of the lug nuts. These are matte black wheels with 4900 miles and are now destroyed by “professional service”. Still waiting for my call back from the service manager 14 days later. More

I contacted Nick who was my sales person he said come on in and we will change them for you. It took me a while to return since the dealership is about 45 minutes away. I choose a day when I had time to drive there and went into the service area and was quickly helped. Batteries changed and I was on my way. Just a bit disappointed that I had to waste 1:45 minutes of my day for such a small yet vital necessity to drive my truck. I guess batteries in key fobs are not included in the Toyota certification process More
