Having worse and worse experiences over time I purchased my vehicle from Toyota of Scranton, and have had all of my services done there. At first I absolutely loved the customer service. However, I purchased my vehicle from Toyota of Scranton, and have had all of my services done there. At first I absolutely loved the customer service. However, now it seems to be lacking for me. My most recent visit, just a few weeks ago, I went for a routine oil change and tire rotation, I was left waiting for my vehicle for nearly 2 hours. Before this, my average wait time was an hour at the most. I will say, someone from Toyota did reach out to me about my experience and addressed my complaints but still, the experience happened. Most recently, yesterday, I called Toyota because all of a sudden my car has an issue I have never seen before. My dash board light goes out when I turn on my headlights. Therefore, I can not drive at night while also being able to see my MPH. The night before last was the first time I drove at night since my car was serviced. The tech who answered told me it's most likely an electrical issue and to bring my vehicle in. I in -turn asked her how much the service would be , since I have never had to bring my vehicle in for anything other than routine maintenance. She told me that it would be around $109.....PER HOUR. Considering my last stop for just an oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours, I certainly did not want to take the chance of giving them my car to "diagnose" for another 2 hours and get handed a $220 + taxes bill. All in all, I feel like I cannot count on the service here for my vehicle any longer. I am even considering trading my vehicle in all together at another dealership just to be rid of Toyota of Scranton all together since the remainder of loan is through them as well. More

Emma (service) and Ron (sales) were extremely helpful and made it Bought a 2017 Kia Sorento on May 30 , which had hail damage from a few days prior. We don't know what's wrong. Message came up on the display "get this to the dealer to have it fixed !" We paid the dealer to tell us "We don't know what's wrong with your car" Message came up on the display "get this to the dealer to have it fixed !" We paid the dealer to tell us "We don't know what's wrong with your car". I thought that was what computers in cars were for. We're very disappointed with this kind of service. The same message came up 10 minute's after we left the dealership garage. Now we are driving around with this message lit up on the dash display and don't want to pay for the same answer again from the dealer. Now what are we supposed to do with it? More

On this particular day, however, the woman who took care of us was rude and inpatient. We reserved an appointment online, as we have in the past, to wait for the service to be completed. She was annoyed that we were waiting and not leaving the car for the day. I must say, there was a storm the night prior, many people were driving in with hail damage to their vehicles, and the computers were working slow for the employees that particular morning (8:45). The woman has a title of "Assistant Service Manager" and could use some basic public relations skill building. This should be addressed. More
