Very satisfying. Sometimes a dealership gets so big (for bragging rights) ,it loses the personal touch with the costumer who has spent 40,000 or more on a vehicle that Sometimes a dealership gets so big (for bragging rights) ,it loses the personal touch with the costumer who has spent 40,000 or more on a vehicle that may be his or her dream car. I have been around long enough to see small dealers that remember your name grow into a non-personal service number. Much is lost, but thats business and it does drive loyal customers out shopping. However ,my personal experience with Toyota of Scranton has been very satisfying each time I schedule a service etc. They have not outgrown their service dept. in my humble opinion. More
Very pleased with the service This was the first time that I was dropping off my car in the morning. I did not know what to expect as my husband usually takes my car in for servic This was the first time that I was dropping off my car in the morning. I did not know what to expect as my husband usually takes my car in for service. They have quite the system that gets you in and out in a short period of time. The called, as per my request, if they found anything additional that may need to be serviced. They explained to me what my car needed and allowed me to choose what service to perform (with prices given to me at time of call) and did not pressure me to do optional service that I wasn't able to fund at this time. Very happy with the service. More

Revisit due to recall. Tiffany was awesome!! And dealership was trying to make it right. They did replace the door on the glove box which I really appreciated however clea Tiffany was awesome!! And dealership was trying to make it right. They did replace the door on the glove box which I really appreciated however cleaning the grease that was left behind from the air bag recall........ Lets just say that if it wasn't for Tiffany taking me out to my car along with her clorox wipes and me cleaning the grease from steering wheel and column. I was asked by the dealership not to clean the interior that they would do it. And I did ask to make sure they did the column (you could see the grease) and the steering wheel. Thank you Tiffany!! ;-) More

Horrible experience Zero stars. When I brought in my 2018 Toyota Highlander with less than 4,500 miles on it for an inspection and oil change, I was informed it would tak Zero stars. When I brought in my 2018 Toyota Highlander with less than 4,500 miles on it for an inspection and oil change, I was informed it would take 90 minutes. It took 3 hours with no notification other than "checked in" on the board. I had to go to the desk twice to inquire about the status of my SUV. Only told 40 more minutes after waiting 2 hours, but 40 minutes turned into 1 hour. After 3 hours, I was informed that it needed a safety front wheel alignment....really? First pothole I would hit would kill the alignment. There is one on the road right in front of the place. Between bad customer service and trying to make a quick few hundred bucks off me, ZERO STARS. I would never recommend Toyota of Scranton for servicing or inspecting vehicles. More
Check tire and rim. I hit a pot hole and lost my hub cap. I had the Toyota dealership check the rim and tire to make sure that it was ok to drive. They said the tire wa I hit a pot hole and lost my hub cap. I had the Toyota dealership check the rim and tire to make sure that it was ok to drive. They said the tire was fine, the rim was bent and they fixed it. I bought a new hubcap and they installed it. They were very nice to deal with and prompt. Everyone at this dealership seems to be on the same page and they work well together. I feel very confident taking my vehicle there to be serviced. I will use them even though it is a longer drive from my home than some closer dealerships. More
