Always satisfied! Once again I was more than pleased with the service I received from Toyota Scranton. I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire on my 2018 Camry . Toyota roadside service rsesponded very promptly to change the tire and put on the spare provided. The next morning I called the service department at Toyota Scranton and was told that I can bring my car in at my convenience. Matt Stein was very upbeat and positive to deal with , he updated me as soon he knew the outcome , I needed a new tire which was done promptly and t no cost due to the road hazard warranty that I opted for when purchasing the vehicle. Matt really takes his time to educate customers on vehicle maintenance and The Toyota Care program. .My car was washed and I feel like I’m valued as a customer . The customer service that I recieved made my day ! More

Quick & Effecient Alan in service was fantastic and turkey stood out. I was in for a oil change and 5k maintenance and he took the time to register me and showed me to Alan in service was fantastic and turkey stood out. I had my infant child with me and he made sure to let me know the progress of my vehicle and then helped us to the car at the end of the appointment. Above and beyond I took my Rav4 into service because the tire light was on. I explained I didn't actually have an appointment but was at the dealer to help a friend b I took my Rav4 into service because the tire light was on. I explained I didn't actually have an appointment but was at the dealer to help a friend buy a car. The gentleman said he would just take care of it. About 10 minutes later, he came to me to say that they noticed the car was due for it's 15,000 mile service and they could take care of that immediately too.
