How can you trust a service department that "INFORMS" you that your ONE Year OLD RAV4 with 7203 miles needs a $190.00 wheel alignment????? If it weren't for me observing the monitors in the facility waiting that your ONE Year OLD RAV4 with 7203 miles needs a $190.00 wheel alignment????? If it weren't for me observing the monitors in the facility waiting room, I would have paid TOS $190.00 for something that was not needed. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN! I did receive a call from TOS service department after initial e-mail complaint. She only offered a weak apology on how this type of ISSUE occurs to trusted consumers. No efforts were made to make things right with offer of a FREE oil change or state inspection or both (which would be under the $190.00 I would have spent at TOS. Once my warranty is over, chances of continuing a relationship with TOS is ZERO. More

Hi ; i appreciate your reply. Just to further explain my self here was the Toyota process. First contact : i get an email flyer about free Safety inspection etc.. So i txt back and forth w/Toyota rep explaining,Being a new purchase customer i‘d like to get the safety insp and oil change whatever freebies from my recent purchase, plus the remote stater and bed cover. This information I assume never got passed to anyone in the garage. “Ever” . Decided to drop trk off due too weather the afternoon before my 8am appointment.So i park in a spot in the lot walk by the outside checkin attendant “ again “no can i help you” go in side to service desk . They say go back outside and pull up to outside checkin. Walk back out to trk and pull up to checkin ;she same / attendant said ill open door they take care of you inside. Pull trk inside & some young man comes over with clip board to fill out. I fill out clip board ask about services and also try to explain but he seems not to care. I tell him I’m only writing remote stater/ bed cover since no-one seems to know what else i was entitled too. I really Didn’t want to see extra charges lube oil etc..and have headaches on pickup .Then another person takes the clipboard without a question. Know I’m getting the impression everyone so far could care less about my services. Another person takes keys and drives truck away.So now I’ve dealt with online rep , service desk rep ,and four different folks in the garage, and nobody seem to care about services . Next morning i get a txt basically saying any questions just txt. When i did txt no reply anyway.😂😂 . So on pick up only remote stater and bed cover completed with nobody having a clue as too any other services. In my opinion poor internal communication. Sorry More
