Lack or transparency in pricing. Didn't honor email offer. Said it must be used after 1pm. My car was worked on and completed at 2pm (oil change and tire rotation). Every part that was installed was faulty. Had to come back because the hub that was installed was grinding. The techs said no issues and couldn’t hear it.
