Derrick Howard was very helpful and listened to my concerns regarding my car buying experience as I was sold a vehicle without it being detailed to removed embedded dirt - passenger rear door doesn’t concerns regarding my car buying experience as I was sold a vehicle without it being detailed to removed embedded dirt - passenger rear door doesn’t open ( huge safety issue for my child ) there’s broken glass in my rear door from previous damage before I purchased the vehicle and the driver side brake light doesn’t work and I guess they didn’t want to repair a measly $300 part - that salesman Mohamed can not be trusted and a man not being upfront with a woman buying a vehicle is weird behavior to me. Derrick Howard is the only one who offered to fix the issue and offered to see what the manufacturer warranty or the warranty I PURCHASED could do. I guess there are a tiny bit of good people who exist there bc my issues were ignored by the rest. More
Did not listen when I asked them to fill my tires to the recommended PSI. Told I must have picked up a nail on the way home. All the tires were 27psi or 25psi. The recommended is 35psi in the front and 33ps recommended PSI. Told I must have picked up a nail on the way home. All the tires were 27psi or 25psi. Communication issues were the worst of my issues.
