8am appointment. Was told at 9:45am that the tech cut their hand and couldn't work on the car. They called in another tech. My car was first in line to be worked on. That leaves me to understand that they didn't even touch my car from 8am to 9:45am..... They finally got my car done by 11:15am. Pretty tough to say that this is exceptional service.
