I purchased a pre owned Mercedes from Toyota of Tampa Bay. It had some slight damage to the fender from a small prior collision. I was there for the 3rd time for the same issue and still hasn’t been resolved. The person whom I was dealing (Donny) with was rude and condescending. This was my first Toyota purchase bc of the quality of t hasn’t been resolved. The person whom I was dealing (Donny) with was rude and condescending. I come from quite a distance only to be told that the part necessary to fix the recall problem was not available. VERY frustrating! I went primarily for this problem.
