Andrea Thomas had absolutely no concerns about my predicament. I was towed in with a tire blow out. All I wanted was my tire fixed so I can get on my way four hours later. I’m still sitting there. He waited so long. I had the tire warranty and by the time that they got to the tire, the company wasn’t open anymore. Hence, I had to pay for the tire myself and fill out all kinds of papers to get my reimbursement which he told me he would send in and he never did. I will never visit this dealership again. I tried calling him on multiple occasions, and he would never answer the phone More

This dealership plays the game of hiding extra charges in the fine print of their ads. The used 2021 Jeep Gladiator's we drove 3-1/2 hours to see was advertised at $34,500. We drove it and decided to buy it. When we sat down the paperwork pushed in front of us had an extra $7500 in “dealer prep and incentives” packages they said was “in the fine print of the ad”. This is total bullcrap (they said “all the dealers do it”) and needs to end. THIS is why buying from a private party is more and more appealing to people. More
