Freylen's communication was the worst I've ever had at a Toyota dealership. I had to physically look for him to get any updates on my vehicle. The customer service was extremely poor. I made an appointment for 8:45am and was told it would only take 1-2 hours for my car to finish so I decided to stay at the dealership only to sit th I made an appointment for 8:45am and was told it would only take 1-2 hours for my car to finish so I decided to stay at the dealership only to sit there for 3 hours and recieve little to no communication about the status of my car. I was unaware there were uber services that could transport me back to my home while I waited because no one said anything. I didn’t get my car back until 2:30pm. Absolutely unacceptable. What’s the point of making an appointment if it still takes 3 hours for them to even start working on my car? I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated at this dealership. More
