They sold me a re-built engine with a 1-year warrant. After one year and 4 months later, the recently purchase engine was leaking oil and needs to be replaced. They sold me a defective engine with defective parts, and they do NOT stand by their warranty this was a large purchase with no recourse. I would NOT recommend Toyota of Tampa Bay for any purchase or service. Please avoid at all costs. The service department, Mr. Derrick Howard did an excellent job, but the Service Manager is the issue. Mr. Howard stated to me that the leak has been going on for a very long time. I'm not a mechanic so I would assume the leak started while the warranty was in place. They didn't even consider honoring the warranty even though I had my vehicle service there for several years and spending a lot of money on repairs. Now we are looking for legal remedies to resolve this problem. If anyone is interested in starting "Class Action Lawsuit" against Toyota of Tampa Bay, I would definitely sign up. More

Toyota of Tampa Bay has been my go to dealer for the last year since an unnamed Lexus dealership attentive and provided me the details of my service. Toyota of Tampa Bay has been my go to dealer for the last year since an unnamed Lexus dealership in Wesley Chapel let me down with pretty poor service. They didn’t try to xx me and had me in and out as well as pointing out a recall item that needs attention. All around, I’m very happy with Toyota of Tampa Bay. More
